TheShin consists of Zaza Miminoshvili (Georgia) on guitars, guitar-synths and paduri. Zurab J. Gagnidze (Georgia) on a fretless acoustic bass and guruli vocals. Mamuka Chaganidze (Georgia) vocals and percussion, Ray Kaczynski (USA) on drums and Shankar Lal Chaterjee (India) on Indian tables. The sonorous constructions that these musicians pile up connect lyrical passages of fragile beauty with widely rapid cascades of notes and playful rhythms, the perfect stuff for anyone wanting to discover new sonorities and having an open ear for musical surprises. In the concert TheShin together are participating the musicians of famous Georgian folklore group "Georgika" - Kusa Lortkipanidze, Rati Djulakidze, Mamuka Chichinadze (vocals), Zviad Totiauri (duduki), Aliko Hizanishvili (chonguri), Hvicha Hvtisiashvili (panduri) - which are one of the very best interpreters of Georgian musical treasure.
